Wraparound Care

Acorns to Oaks offers both Oak Hill Academy and Feltham Hill Infant children before and after school activities.

Breakfast Club runs from 7:15am until 8:50am and provides children with a healthy breakfast as well as fun activities. All children will be safely escorted to their classroom on time. This will be a daily fee of £5.

After School Provision will run from 3:15pm until 6:00pm. Children take part in a range of activities from sports sessions to arts and crafts, reading or completing their homework. They will also receive a hot meal between 4:00pm and 5.00pm. This will be a daily fee of £10. The latest collection will be 6:00pm. There will be a late pick up charge of £10 for any children that are collected after 6.00pm.

If you are interested in signing up, please download our application form which can be found on the Oak Hill website or collect a paper copy at the Oak Hill Academy reception.

Once completed, please either send to acorns2oaks@oakhill-aspirations.org or hand back into Reception.

Sessions can be booked via the School Gateway, payments can be made via Credit or Debit Card, Tax-Free Childcare (TFC), Universal Credit (UC) Childcare or Childcare Vouchers. If you making payments via TFC, UC or Childcare Vouchers please email acrons2oaks@oakhill-aspirations.org stating your child’s code and/or provider.
