Annual Sports Morning – 10 July 2025

On your marks, get set, go!

On Thursday 10th July, we will be holding our annual Sports Morning. Parents are welcome to drop their children off and wait in the playground for the event to start at approximately 9.30am. Oak Hill children will take part in a range of sporting activities competing for their house teams. Please ensure you apply sun cream to your child and provide a sun hat. They will also need a refillable water bottle.

Family Picnic/BBQ

Our family picnic will start after the sports events have finished. You are welcome to bring your own picnic to share with your child or send your child in with a packed lunch. There will be no hot meals available on the day. If you are unable to attend, your child can sit with their friends or with teachers. Please remember to bring a blanket to sit on at lunch time.

School provided packed lunches

If you would like the school to provide a packed lunch for your child please contact Mrs Lloyd in the school office by Thursday 3rd July. All hot meals ordered for 10th July via the Kanpla App will be cancelled. Only packed lunches that have been pre-ordered by 3rd July will be available.

Going home/Safeguarding

Parents are asked to start leaving the school from 1.15pm, all parents must be off site by 1.30pm.
Children will return to their classrooms for afternoon registration and school will finish at the usual time of 3.15pm.

UNFORTUNATELY WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RESCHEDULE.
